Q. I know the first three notions are done by all bakers, but the last is my utmost request! A cake that is designed with ideas I have in mind(obviously)... a choice of frostings... a choice of the kind of cake used... and most importantly, the reason why I'm asking: a place that has tart fruit fillings. I saw a feature in the Daily News a short time back and with further investigation they all use creamy fillings and I'm not interested!
