Is it necessary to refrigerate a banana cake that's frosted with homemade cream cheese frosting?
Q. I hate to have the cake get cold, but don't want to take a chance at having the cream cheese frosting go bad.

A. I would put it in the frig, your right, it could go bad since cream cheese is dairy.
