There's also inlays and onlays but they're more expensive. There's also gold fillings which are supposed to be pretty good and last a long time but they're expensive too and I don't think many dentists do them. Q. I'm looking for some ideas to make Jamaican roti's. I found a recipe for making the flatbread wrappers. Now I need suggestions for the fillings, (preferably vegetarian), and what sort of spices would go in them? When I was in Toronto, I ate some Jamaican roti's(very delicious!!) but wasn't sure what else was in them besides the basic vegetable ingredients. If there are other kinds of roti fillings (East Indian, perhaps?) I would also be interested in those. Links to recipes would be good.
