Q. I would like to start a little business baking cakes, cookies, breads, etc. from my home. Do you know if it's okay to do this? Is there some info I should know?

A. you have to list the ingredients on the package and if no preservatives the date they were made. keep all your recipes, include gas costs heat costs, all you spend!! for your taxes. file a 1099 i believe. there a lot more, check some websights for small business in your state and the IRS websight as well. PS check with your local unemployment office, they will help out if you want to start your own business!!!
