Dog home made biscuits, how can I make the tastest and more nutricious with natural ingredients ?
Q. I'm currently living overseas and don't like the quality of whatever biscuits for my lab. I'd like to bake my own with the best ingredients.

Do you know the recipe for biscuits made with jelly crystals?
Q. I have had biscuits in the past that were coated with jelly crystals before they were baked. Does anyone have the recipe? The biscuits I had definately had the jelly crystals as the topping and not included in the body of the biscuit.

A. CWF's Jelly Slice A delicious three layered slice consisting of a firm biscuit base, a luscious creamy lemon middle, topped with smooth jelly. Base 1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed 170 g butter, melted Lemon filling 1 x 400g tin sweetened condensed milk Juice of 2 lemons 3 level teaspoons gelatine cup boiling water Jelly topping 1 packet red or green jelly crystals Water 1. How can I adapt digestive biscuits to make a base for a cheesecake?
Q. basically , i have digestive biscuits and i need to make a cheesecake BUT i cant make the base just digestive biscuits. what can i add to it e.g. melted chocolate to make it something else- but not chocolate

A. I'd toss them in the food processor (or a heavy duty bag and crush finely with a rolling pin/heavy object) and grind them fine. Depending on the flavor of the cheesecake itself, you could add a lot of things. Try: cinnamon (good with a lot of different flavors) pumpkin pie or apple pie spice citrus zest such as lime, lemon or grapefruit ground nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans (with or without added spices) sesame seeds flaked coconut flavored liquors instead of melted butter for the binding agent I'm sure you get the idea. Just dig around a bit in your cooler and your cupboards and see what's in there to be had! And have fun, of course!
